"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this:
to look after orphans and widows in their distress..." James 1:27 NIV

About Fran Lance - Background

Fran with Soviechia

Fran Lance, from Seattle Washington, was in Cambodia when the local Pastor Mony Mok prayed for God to send someone to start an orphanage there. Fran also prayed that God would send someone too.
That night during an electrical storm Fran was awakened and God placed in her heart His desire to start that orphanage.

The Beginning

"For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose." Philippians 2:13 NIV

Fran has now been working to support the Cambodian orphans for six years - doing speaking engagements, asking for donations, praying for people to catch her vision. The vision of rescuing these children — to provide a home, house mothers, education, clothing, medical and dental care. Along with the children of Cambodia, God has given Fran children in Uganda - “The Lost Children” - the children roaming in the desert after the slaughter of their parents. Sixty of these children are being supported by Fran in an orphanage and receiving an education in her school. These children are now finding hope and a future.
