About Fran Lance and the Ministry

Fran Lance has been ministering to the Body of Christ since her and her husband, Russ, first went out as missionary teachers in 1961. This devoted mother of five children and grandmother of ten, was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1964. She and her pastor husband live in Seattle, Washington. They know the grief of an injured son, who has passed away from head and brain stem injuries. They have experienced the love and sustaining power of God as their son lay in a coma for five long months. They also know the day-to-day strength from God as their paralyzed son fought to find meaning to life. He went on to heaven February 13, 2005.

Fran is well qualified to speak on emotional wounds. Her childhood included alcoholic parents, the death of her father, suicide attempts by her mother, and sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. She was taken from her mother at a young age and then raised in thirteen foster homes. At age 16 her life took a dramatic change after she received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

Fran is co-author of Tell Your Secret, which was published by Women’s Aglow. She and Pat King also co-authored Healing the Wounds of Women (out of print). Her newest book written with JoAnne Sekowsky is You Can Minister in the Spiritual Gifts.

For over twenty-five years Fran has ministered to thousands in personal prophesy. The purpose of her ministry is to minister encouragement, healing, and deliverance through the operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit; and to encourage others to reach out and minister in God’s love, wisdom, and power.

Fran started an orphanage in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2001 with 17 children. She visits them every year usually in January. At this time her team holds three women's conferences at various locations throughout Cambodia. They also preach, distribute free Bibles, Rice to the needy and gifts to the children.

Fran works with Pastors Mony & Kunnary Mok of Cambodia Harvest Church. They have over 160 Spirit filled Churches in Cambodia.
