Chad Sterling Lance
age 38, died Sunday, February 13, 2005 of respiratory problems. He was a
quadriplegic to a head injury suffered in a car accident on Aug. 14, 1988,
living at Lynnwood Manor Nursing Home in Lynnwood, Washington. Chad Sterling
Lance was born Oct. 15, 1966 and he is survived by his parents, Russ and Fran
Lance of Shoreline, WA; two sisters Tami Lindell Dixon of Bothell, WA and Tracy
Vene' Geppi of Borger, Texas; two brothers Dirk Glendon Lance of Marysville, WA
and Russell Duane Lance of Edmonds, WA. His life will be celebrated by family
members only on Wednesday evening, Feb. 16, 2005 at the home of Russ and Fran
Lance.
