It gives us a glimpse of what it’s like to live in many foster homes, how it feels to sit in the Detention Home day after day because there is no other place for you. It makes us understand the helplessness of a small child’s trying to awaken her drunken mother or trapped at the mercy of a degenerate.
However, TELL YOUR SECRET is first of all a book of hope. It also forces us to admit that GOD’s hand is not shortened today, that He still has the power to enter the human heart and transform it. It gives us a glimpse into that heart as it is greatly transformed by His love.
It makes us understand there is no situation so hopeless He cannot alter it, no problem so complex that He is not the Answer.

The Authors
Fran Lance is a nationally known retreat speaker and is a Regional Director for Encourage Women In Ministry. Fran was Television and Radio Chairman of Women’s Aglow International and co-author of the Bible Study, The Gifts of the Spirit. A graduate of Seattle Pacific College, Fran is married to Russ Lance, a teacher and pastor. The Lances have five children: Dirk, Tami, Chad, Tracy, and Rusty.
Pat King is the author of How to Have all the Time You Need Everyday and How to Have All the Energy You Need Everyday. She and her husband, Bill, have ten children and ten grandchildren.
